The American Atheists organization will sue the Village of Skokie over the new location for the display of a menorah and nativity scene during Hanukkah and Christmas.

The Skokie Village Board of Trustees voted 5-1 to move the holiday manger and menorah displays from the lawn in front of the Village Hall to a small village-owned park at Oakton and Lincoln Avenues.
