Past presidents of the Niles North and Niles West Parent Teacher Student Associations were honored last night at District 219's annual Founder's Day program.
Candidates for the District 219 board will appear at the October 18 Candidates' Night sponsored by the combined Niles North and Niles West Parent Teacher Student Association.
