Skokian pleads guilty in currency case |

Leonard Keller, 47, of 5221 W. Jarvis pleaded guilty to a one count felony charge to avoid a retrial of the case in which he had been charged with 61 criminal counts. Keller is to pay the government $850,000 and faces a maximum of 14 months in prison. |

Leonard Keller of 5221 W. Jarvis, and 11 of his associates were named in indictments by a federal grand jury. Keller, who owns an interest in 67 currency exchanges in 13 states, has been charged with using the businesses to launder more than $2 million. |
